Raffle software for charity and benefit fundraisers

SmoothRaffle helps fire companies, schools, churches, sports clubs and community groups run basket raffles and 50/50 draws at in-person fundraising events - and helps families raising money for a neighbor in need do the same. Organizers sell tickets from a phone; guests scan a code at the door.

• Fundraising, charity and benefit events only. Every organizer confirms the purpose of each event before it can go live. We don't host raffles run for private profit.
• The money goes straight to the organizer. Ticket payments land in the organizer's own Stripe account. Proceeds never pass through SmoothRaffle and we take no share of them.
• Set up payouts a few days early. Before the first ticket is sold, the organizer connects their bank through Stripe, which verifies who they are. That is usually done in a few minutes - but if Stripe asks to see an ID, it can take one to two business days. Do it when you create the event, not on the day.
• One flat $69 fee per event, paid up front. It covers hosting and running the software, it never changes with ticket sales, and it's paid before a single ticket can be sold.
• Organizers handle their own permits. Raffle rules differ in every state and some require a license before a ticket is sold - that's the organizer's responsibility, and our terms say so.
